    Cosmate®EGT,Ergothioneine(EGT) is an important active substance in human boday.Ergothioneine is obtained by multi fermentation of Hericium Erinaceum & Tricholoma Matsutake.Multi fermentation can increase the yield of L-Ergothioneine,which is a sulfur-containing derivative of the amino acid histidine,a unique stable antioxidant and cytoprotective agent,existing in the human body.Ergothioneine can be transferred inside mitochondria by the transporter OCTN-1 in skin keratinocytes and fibroblasts,thus playing the anti-oxidation and protection functions.

    Cosmate®EGT is a potent antioxidant and has proven to protect the skin against sun damage and other signs of aging. Cosmate®EGT protects cells from damage caused by ultraviolet rays. It reduces reactive oxygen species in the body and may help repair DNA damaged by ultraviolet rays. It also inhibits the apoptotic response of cells exposed to UVA rays, increasing their viability.Ergothioneine has a powerful cytoprotective effect.
